Production Worker Job Duties:
- Use hand and power tools to assemble HVAC ductwork
- Operating machines to cut angle and length
- Monitor product quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine project specifications
- Operate specialized Machines to fabricate sheet metal duct and fittings (press brakes, roll formers, shears)
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts using various techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm
Pay: $18 per hour
- Increase possible after permanent hire based on performance and attendance.
Production Worker Job Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience working in HVAC ductwork fabrication
- Proficient using hand and power tools
- Able to read and interpret measuring tools
- Able to lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodation
- Reliable transportation
