Legacy Heating & Cooling, a prominent player in the commercial HVAC industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Commercial Project Manager to lead and oversee our projects for our new construction department in the Inland Northwest region. Pay Range: $70k-$93k a year, depending on experience

Position Overview:

As an HVAC Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive project success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC project management, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Lead project teams, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
    • Oversee the successful execution of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Budget and Cost Management:
    • Develop project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and client specifications.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and address any issues promptly.
  5. Client Communication:
    • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC project management for Commercial Projects
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize takeoff software
  • Excellent time and process management abilities
  • Strong abilities with problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
