Our company is looking to hire a full-time office HVAC Admin/Installation coordinator into our fast growing HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Company in Libertyville.
Job Description:
In this position you will be helping with,
- Managing the daily scheduling, invoicing, and operations of the HVAC install projects.
- Offering and discussing financing and rebate options with customers
- Submitting rebate applications.
- Pulling permits and communicating with Villages as needed.
- Online registrations of equipment installed.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling calls, dispatching calls to technicians.
- File customer information as needed.
- Provide administrative support to office team.
Qualifications:
- Must be computer literate.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Intermediate in Microsoft word and Excel.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Need to have some flexibility, as in this position you might be asked to come to the office 1 hour early or to stay later based on the high/slow season situation.
Hours:
Mon Thru Fri 8am – 4pm
Every other Saturday 7:00am - 12pm

Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:
