- Responsible for processing driver applications within a 2 hour time frame from when application is complete.
- Responsible for sending new drivers for Pre-employment Drug Test and Medical Exam
- Responsible for scheduling Road Tests for new drivers
- Responsible for adding new Driver hires to Insurance
· Review driver applications on Tenstreet for FMCSA compliance
· Responsible for ordering DAC reports (compare any job not listed on application)
· Responsible for ordering PSP reports (compare any jobs not listed on application)
· Verify and review driver employment verifications for FMCSA compliance,
· Order, MVR’s, Clearinghouse, Widescreen and Public Data records for all new drivers
· Medical card verification
· Ensure there are no GAPS on applications
· Order and review all drivers annual MVR’s for FMCSA compliance
· Order and review all drivers Annual Clearinghouse reports for FMCSA compliance Compile all information required by DOT regulations to create the DQ file on Drivers
· Ensure DQ files are submitted to the safety manager for compliance review within 30 days from driver hire date
· Maintain DQ files in compliance with FMCSA
Human Resource Compliance:
· Complete and Verify I-9’s for all Driver Hires
· Responsible for all Driver terminations
· Responsible for adding and terminating Drivers to HR and Safety systems according to new hire and termination process.
· Compile and complete all information required by HR to create the Drivers Personnel Files
· Coordinate New Hire Driver Orientation with departments
· Facilitate New Hire Paperwork to all new drivers, rehires, or driver transfers
Driver Relations:
- Help answer inbound recruiting/safety calls & emails
- Must participate in the driver retention program
· Maintain communication with all Drivers in process (every time something must be updated on the application, Drivers must sign agreement of any changes every time.)
· Prepare Orientation Classroom for Driver Orientation
· Assist with any Driver Issues
Profitability Impacts:
· Finding solutions for obstacles or issues on a driver application and resolving it as quickly as possible to get the driver into orientation
· Will be measured on the amount of time taken to process an application
· Assist in following up on driver applications in a timely manner and provide feedback when needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
