- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, assist with screening resumes, and may be asked to assist with interviews.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for employee retention and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist department managers with administering performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in coordinating and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Enter new hires and manage payroll process.
- Work to maintain company compliance.
- Manage vehicle Fleet.
