Job Description
This role requires experience and knowledge of compliance with employment laws, employee onboarding & offboarding, reporting and ensuring accurate data management.
Experience should also include:
3 – 5 years’ experience with both administrative and operational tasks that support the employee life cycle.
Working knowledge of both ADP and HRIS systems (BambooHR is a plus)
Solid organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and customer services skills is a must
Accurately process the employee lifecycle changes including onboarding / offboarding, compensation adjustments, change of job status and all data entry into HR systems
Manage the integration of BambooHR and ADP, research and recommend enhancements to HR technology
Create and revise HR system documentation and other training materials such as HR processes and procedures
Assist talent acquisition with job postings, offer letters and new hire orientation
Monitoring state unemployment insurance portals
Work with payroll manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state and local labor laws & regulations
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related discipline
