Position Information
Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator serves as an influential and highly productive generalist for the Student Affairs Organization. The coordinator is responsible for a variety of Human Resources duties to include leave administration, recruitment support, candidate screening/engagement, data gathering and analysis, personnel file management, and onboarding and offboarding activities. The incumbent gathers, distributes and analyzes Human Resources data in support of Human Resources initiatives throughout the organizations supported. The HR Specialist collaborates and supports clients, and with all levels of faculty, staff, and students across campus to support the goals and priorities of the organization, ensuring proactive implementation of programs and services, all while maintaining confidentiality.
The full salary range for the Human Resources Specialist position is $28.26 to $49.52 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $28.26 - $36.08 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
