The Human Resources Manager acts as a consultant for leaders on building a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging while serving as a resource for employees on all issues related to Human Resources. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring leaders' coaching competencies and providing guidance to create a high performance culture; serving as a resource in conflict resolution and employee relations; coordinating and/or conducting leadership training on applicable federal and state employment laws and organizational policies; and driving systemic change in processes and efficiencies, organizational structure, FTE management and job evaluations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years in Human Resources which includes one year as a HR Generalist
- Bachelor Degree
Desired:
- One year in a healthcare setting
- Master Degree
- Professional in Human Resources
- Senior Professional in Human Resources
