Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for an experienced, innovative, and agile Human Resources Manager. Serving as a key business partner to the managers at both our Crystal and Wynn locations, you will work to exceed business objectives by supporting & driving our employee life cycle in areas of recruitment, onboarding, development, and engagement of talent.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Talent Development and Training
- HR Administration
- Employee Relations
This position will report to the Regional HR Director and will be based in-store.
PROFIL
We are searching for a professional passionate about people, talent development, and our brand. You must be able to navigate through ambiguity while being detail and deadline-oriented while guiding our Team Managers through the complexities of managing people.
An exceptional candidate will possess 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources; retail specialty or luxury environment is preferred. You will have a strong ability to drive results without compromising ethics and quality. You must be able to make sound and mature judgment calls in a business context in addition to articulating ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings.
