About Us:
Mr. Gurpreet Singh, is an individual business with multiple YouTube channels covering topics such as spiritual, motivational, music, storytelling, health, wealth, etc. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality content to our audience and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and HR databases
Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with HR software and tools
Other Skills (Video creation process / Business for All Social Media platforms):
Experience with payroll management
Knowledge of organizational development strategies
Experience with employee engagement initiatives
Certification in HR management or related field
