Requisition Summary
PACCAR Engine Company has an immediate opening for an Human Resource Intern in Columbus, MS.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Special Project Assistance including, but not limited to:
- Continue Monthly Communication of Available Benefits and EAP.
- Manage HR Communications Monitor.
- Facilitate a selected portion of one of our training programs.
- The intern will learn basic presentation skills and how to engage participants in a training environment.
- Manage Social Media Accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Assist with recruiting efforts.
- Learn Tableau for HR Metrics
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing B.S. Degree in Human Resource, Business Information Systems, Business or related Program and have completed their Sophomore year of College.
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint preferred.
- MS Office proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment required.
