Human Resources/ Hr Assistant - Urgent Need

Acara Solutions is looking for a contact fully onsite Human Resources Assistants in Wilsonville, OR

Pay $23-$25

Job Duties:

• Maintains employee files and database.
• Schedules interviews and coordinates travel arrangements for hiring managers and recruiters as needed.
• Schedules and coordinates new employee orientations. (back up)
• Assists with communication of benefit programs changes and updates.
• Posts required labor law information.
• Screens and routes telephone calls.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Assists with scheduling and managing temporary workers as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• One to two years related experience.
• Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Proficient on [FILL IN APPROPRIATE COMPUTER PROGRAMS FOR POSITION.]
• Keystroke a minimum of 50 wpm.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
