HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY/OA) in the MANPOWER DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.Qualifications: GS-06
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing various clerical and administrative duties associated with general personnel administration (e.g. records maintenance, separations and retirements, Permanent Change of Station and Permanent Change of assignment orders processing, legal, deployed/travel entitlements, travel vouchers settlement, promotions).
GS-05
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: typing correspondence, interpreting and reviewing data (e.g. data used to issue military and civilian identification cards), and using personnel database systems (e.g. Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System(DEERS)).

Have successfully completed four years of education above high school level
OR
Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
