Responsibilities:
Entering hours into Hours Logs ...
Scanning, copying, mailings
Faxing,emailing, filing
Filling out forms for Unemployment and Bank forms for verification of employment
Assembling materials for New Hire Packets
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Good mathematical skills
Attention to detail and must be accurate
Able to take notes and follow directions
Good customer service & phone skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Relevant administrative experience
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to commit to a long term, part-time need.
