Job description

This is an in-office position at our headquarters in Ozark, Missouri.
Haven is looking for an oustanding person to join our team! The Recruiting/HR Support specialist is responsible for providing administrative and reporting functions for the HR and Recruiting for all Haven departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, critical thinking and communicating skills. Recruiting experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Talent acquisition - Post jobs and ads in select locations. Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers. Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
  • Administrative duties - Schedule interviews, utilize current ATS to track candidates and post job openings, attend job fairs and other recruiting events. Data entry into HRIS for candidates who are hired and maintain accurate personnel records.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven record of persistence and follow-through
  • Excellent accuracy in data management and entry
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • 1 year experience in Human Resources or recruiting a plus
