Job purpose
The Human Resources team’s purpose is to enable the execution of our business strategy.
The HR Admin works in close connection with the HR team members to deliver teammate engagement activities, support our Employee Resource Groups and facilitate administrative duties and training programs. The HR Admin is independently motivated and holds themselves accountable to meeting high expectations with aggressive timelines. They see an opportunity for improvement and go. This person has a passion for people, builds strong relationships, and engages with teammates at all levels of the organization, offering support to ensure we have a safe and engaged teammate population. We are looking for an HR professional with the ability to drive collaboration and build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of internal customers.
This position is on-site and supports the Nashville Headquarters. Support may be required outside of normal business hours.

Duties and responsibilities
- Perform employee relations in order to support a high performance and dynamic culture
- Facilitate standardization between HQ and site operations
- Support the execution of both strategic initiatives and tactical items, supporting proper focus on teammate engagement and overall morale
- Support the execution of the Talent Management System (SuccessFactors)
- Support internal talent development programs and/or university recruitment
initiatives to develop a talent pipeline
- Partner with HR teammates and other business leaders to provide
support on key HR initiatives, including development of KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with the Google Suite
- Familiarity with SAP HR preferred
- Direct Human Resources experience a plus
