Human Resoucres Clerk (Full-Time Temporary)

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK
CLASSIFICATION: CLERICAL
GRADE LEVEL: ONE - FOUR
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resources Clerk provides administrative support to the Human Resources department; Miscellaneous projects are assigned as needed.
SUPERVISED BY: DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open and route incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.
• Greet and assist employees through the Employee Entrance
• Create and print memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
• HR Staff Administrative Support.
• Coordinating and assisting with new hire orientations, trainings, communication with departments regarding new hires.
• Update records/status changes within HRIS
• Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying and collating
• Miscellaneous projects.
• All other duties assigned.
