Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking a Human Factors / Usability Engineering Technician to support activities related to Human Factors in a product introduction and packaging environment, with responsibilities extending to documentation, administration, shipping, inventory management and lab organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience supporting research activities such as planning and coordinating materials, organization and archiving
Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and vendors
Experience in documentation, administration, shipping, inventory management, material collection and lab organization with technical aspects
Experience with C-Docs
Responsibilities:
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), packaging and labeling teams, as well as internal Human Factors Engineering (HFE) colleagues in creating study stimuli
Perform data verification and support other Human Factors activity as necessary
Work with HFE and engineering leads to ensure study materials are created and sent to study sites timely
Manage the disposition of used/new materials for disposal or archiving post-study
Maintain the Human Factors lab along with all support materials and technology for the Human Factors group.
Pay: 23-31

Pay Details: $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
