Fluent is seeking a skilled and motivated HubSpot Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a HubSpot Admin, you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our HubSpot CRM platform to support our business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and HubSpot functionality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging HubSpot to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. The role also requires strong communication skills to successfully work as an intermediary between the sales, marketing and IT teams.

What You'll Do

  • HubSpot Configuration & Customization: Customize and configure the HubSpot CRM platform to align with business processes and goals. Implement and maintain custom properties, workflows, and automation to optimize sales and marketing operations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data within HubSpot to provide insights into sales and marketing performance. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate HubSpot with other systems and applications. Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms.
  • Training: Provide training and support to HubSpot users within the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, collaborating with the IT team when necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new HubSpot features and updates, and assess their potential impact on business operations. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of HubSpot usage.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their requirements and challenges. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator, preferably Super Admin experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot functionality, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
