Job Description
The AmirCola Program Director/HSP reports directly to the Chief Programs Officer. Provides leadership, staffing supervision, program management, documentation & compliance for the residents in the program. Responsible for developing and implementing a culture of care that fosters transitional living skill development, building relationships with program residents, identifying opportunities for youth to develop, and teaching discipline under the Residential Child & Youth Care Professional Certification Curriculum. Serves as the Case Support Supervisor (CSS), overseeing or carrying out the functions in the absence of, the Life Coach/Human Service Professional (HSP) responsible for case management and reporting functions in Kaleidacare, GA Score, and SHINES. Candidate must complete or be waived, from the Foundations Training within 6 months of start date. Candidate must complete and pass RCYCP certification within 12 months of start date and maintain annual certification requirements. Document a minimum of 6 hours of professional training each quarter. On-Call Supervisor.
