Summary

This position acts as the strategic liaison between current HRMS team, HR and IT to provide HRMS leadership on the implementation of new HR technology as well as system enhancements and optimization of existing modules.

Leads critical project from start to finish including requirements gathering, solutioning, deployment, testing, training, change management, documentation, communication, and measuring business value.  

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding 2.0
  • Works with the business to collect requirements and design business processes as leader of project team under the direction of cross-functional Steering Committee
  • Manages stakeholder engagement and communications (e.g., HRMS, HR, payroll, IT) including change management
  • Takes responsibility for project timeline, scope, risks, and budget in conjunction with vendors and internal teams
  • Partners with HRMS, IT and third-party implementation partner to create and execute user acceptance testing process and scenarios and oversee parallel payroll processing
  • Ensures documentation and training of all new workflows and business processes
  • Develops reports and dashboards to report progress and results to Steering Committee

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors modules – Employee Central and the Talent Suite – or other similar HR/Talent management system including implementation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of IT or HRMS experience
  • 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors talent management experience
  • Previous leadership experience, and team management is a plus
  • Experience managing project teams and task delegation
  • Experience with testing, training, developing documentation
  • Certifications in Success Factors talent modules is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to lead team discussions, solicit input and facilitate decisions in a professional manner
  • This is a remote based position 

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.  May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db.
May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.
Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
