Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar operations and settings for users.
  • Documents and tests system upgrades, enhancements, or integration with systems to ensure adequate information security, data integrity, and continued functionality.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Manages HR data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Compiles or assists with delivery of complex data reports, dashboards and/or summaries to support business decisions.
  • Provides training to the HR team, leaders, and employees on HRIS functionality.
  • Develops and maintains documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Ensures HRIS compliance with relevant laws and regulations and completes Federal and State mandate reporting requirements within the required deadlines.
  • Stays abreast of changes in HR technology and makes recommendations for updates.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Experience with SCA compliance a plus.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of UKG's systems.
