YOUR ROLE


Responsible for administering and maintaining the Human Resource information Systems (HRIS) systems, including data collection, data entry, retrieval, analytics and reporting to meet HR needs.  Partner with HR and IT analysts to analyze work process flows, improve processes and leverage technology for reporting and data analysis. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

  • Administer Kronos / Timekeeper requirements (timecard maintenance and backend system support including Payroll or third party tools that manage time processes)
  • Engage in the implementation and processing of Payroll, Benefits, and other HR functions utilizing ADP System
  • Troubleshoot incorrect setup of employees and manage related integration error handling
  • Create and set up new entities within CEVA (including job codes, pay and accrual codes, location codes, contracts, pay groups), utilizing standardized protocols.
  • Work closely with management, HRIS staff and other cross functional teams to develop new HRIS procedures.
  • Maintain Audit procedures for HRIS functions
  • Serve as liaison to other HR areas and systems to understand requests for information, respond to support tickets and extract and distribute reports.
  • Strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in maintaining HR data.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing and validating processes and data flows.
  • Understand company policies to document HRIS work instructions and procedures

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 + years HRIS / HR experience.
  • Prior experience with HR Systems: multi-national payroll, time & attendance, HRM solutions (e.g., Success Factors)
  • Knowledge of HR legacy systems including Oracle & JDE.
  • Strong experience with MS Excel, data analysis and reporting, including data collection, data entry, retrieval, analytics and reporting based upon HR needs.

 

Preferred:

  • Degree
  • Prior experience with any payroll system, HRIS or Success Factors.

 

Skills:  

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Strong analytical experience with keen attention to details required
  • Experience with HR specific data collection, data entry, retrieval, analytics and reporting
  • Project and change management experience preferred
  • Experience analyzing HR work process flows, improving processes and leveraging technology for implementation of new HRIS systems as well as improvement and support of existing legacy systems
  • Good networking and communication skills and a fearlessness to reaching into the business to build a supportive business network.
  • Experience working with a global function, accepting changes and championing the regional needs
