Job description

We are looking for a skilled candidate for the HRIS Administrator role with Nuvia Dental Implant Centers. The HRIS Administrator role will keep the company’s Human Resources Information System up and running. In this role, they will ensure that the data in the system is accurate and up-to-date, and only authorized personnel can access it. This professional will collaborate with the HR department to ensure the system is functional and efficient, and they will also train employees to use the system and troubleshoot any problems that arise. The HRIS Administrator will maintain the security and confidentiality of the data.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS which may include customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Collaborates with leadership and HR Team to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior leadership and HR Team.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, UKG, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in HRIS administrative technology and support.
  • 3-4 years of HRIS administration experience. Experience with UKG is a plus!

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resources, payroll and benefits processes and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
