Job Title: HR Training Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager
Job Descriptions
- Design, implement internship programs including the hiring process, internship schedule, project guidelines, project proposals, regular evaluations and recognition events to train future workforce and encourage to transfer to full time.
- Confirm and/or propose changes for Quarterly Tier Program by regular confirmation of tenure, test scores, evaluation.
- Compile and organized evaluation scores of approximate 150 of eligible employees each quarter and receive final approvals from COO and HR manager to accurately implement raises based on individual performance.
- Conduct Quarterly In-House Training sessions with trainers from each team for salaried new hires and OJT trainees on overall business workflow.
- Design and implement job-specific training programs during the first 8 weeks of new hire phase which will be completed with Individualized Development Plan.
- Develop and implement hourly employee training courses and coordinate with Georgia QuickStart Program to create entire manufacturing process video and individualized training sessions.
- Structure mandatory courses for each position including but not limited to electrical motor control, industrial ergonomics, lean foundation, working as a team and more.
- Investigate training needs of employees by conducting surveys and improve or enhance existing training programs to meet individual needs and team performance in the organization.
- Prepare or maintain training records related to the trainees, using human resources management system software.
- Design, prepare, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations, and ensure all legal compliance through human resource management.
- Inform trainees of job details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
- Perform competitive market research to advise HR Manager of current market pay practices and pay bands to help recruit and retain competent staff.
- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for new employees.
Salary: $55,000 ~ $75,000 per year
QualificationsWork Schedule: 8:00 am~5:00 pm; 40 hours/week (M-F)
Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field; must have demonstrated knowledge of employment development, including training programs and staffing and career plans through internship program or experience
