Digital Strategy LLC is looking to hire an HR Training Specialist with UI/UX Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs while also leveraging your UI/UX design skills to enhance the learning experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine HR training expertise with design proficiency to create engaging and effective training materials and programs.
As the HR Training Specialist, you will:
- Provide a positive HR-related training experience that caters to a diverse group of audiences.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to identify training needs and develop training programs and materials based on the client’s needs.
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and instructional guides.
- Incorporate principles of UI/UX design to enhance the usability and effectiveness of training materials and platforms.
- Develop interactive elements and simulations to facilitate learning and engagement.
- Conduct training sessions for employees, both in-person and virtually, ensuring content is delivered effectively and engagingly.
- Evaluate training programs and materials for effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development and incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- At least 10 years of total work experience, with at least 5 years in HR training and development roles.
- At least 4 years of experience using knowledge management portals to manage instructional materials.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Balsamiq, Adobe Products XD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, with a focus on enhancing user experience through UI/UX principles, utilizing e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline & Rise.
- Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create and deliver documents and presentations for senior level clients.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience in utilizing instructional video production tools such as Camtasia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, fostering flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with AzureDevOps is a plus.
- Due to federal guidelines, US Citizenship is required for this role.
