HRIS Analyst - direct hire position for a large, national insurance company.
Location: Maryland Heights (St. Louis), MO -- hybrid in-office/remote
Salary $100K +/- (bonus program)
Core responsibilities
- Oversees, tests and helps orchestrate the seamless integration of data between UKGPro and other applicable systems.
- Identifies areas for use of RPA or AI technology to automate tasks specific to these audit.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Responsible for ensuring accurate HR system access and permissions for users and provides usage reports in keeping with audit requests.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users of HR systems and applications.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience with HRIS systems
* Understanding of HR principles, terminology
* Technical troubleshooting and problem solving experience
