Maravai LifeSciences is seeking HR Systems Administrator (LMS & Talent Management) to join our growing team. The HR Systems Administrator (LMS & Talent Management) acts as the company subject matter expert and primary customer support contact for all HR Talent Management related systems and technologies including the ADP Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management and Succession Planning modules. Additional systems include Talent Optimization Assessment software and Employee Survey tool.

Description of Duties:

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Act as primary LMS trainer and helpdesk support, troubleshooting user issues and driving resolution.
  • Maintain system data integrity including verifying all new hires upload into Talent Management system and are assigned required training.
  • Report training compliance and follow up with past due learners and their managers.
  • Stay current on LMS system updates and communicate changes that impact learners.
  • Evaluate LMS system updates for deployment of enhancements.
  • Manage the LMS Catalog including uploading company created content, maintaining appropriate catalog access/permissions, maintaining email templates and usage.
  • Utilize LMS Report Manager, including the creation of custom reports, to address company needs and report on department metrics.
  • Maintain LMS Repository Manager ensuring appropriate uploading of files, organization and maintenance.
  • Utilize LMS User Manager to create and manage User Groups, investigate learner issues and import training history.
  • Research ways to better leverage the LMS in support of growing and developing staff.

Talent Management System (TMS)
  • Act as primary ADP TMS Administrator including Performance and Succession modules.
  • Provide training and customer support to organization on questions related to ADP TMS suite.
  • Create and maintain Performance Management cycle in TMS.
  • Utilize ADP Report Manager including creating custom reports to address organizational needs.
  • Update Job Competencies and Performance Competencies for each new job

Additional Systems & Duties
  • Act as primary liaison to HR Ops team, supporting initiatives to improve overall HR systems and processes.
  • Act as primary administrator of Culture Amp survey tool including user maintenance and monitoring survey results and providing reports to leadership.
  • Act as primary administrator for Talent Optimization Predictive Index software including user maintenance, assigning assessments, sending Relationship Guides, updating weekly new hire PowerPoint and periodic team workshop materials.
  • Stay current on system updates and communicate to department leadership on new functionality.
  • Create effective and integrated Talent Management reports, combining data from multiple systems to support organizational objectives.
  • Partner with IT data team to provide timely and accurate data for organization-wide dashboard.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator, HRIS Analyst or similar role
  • Knowledge and experience with SCORM and xAPI preferred.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing queries to help transform data to information and decision-making support.
  • Detail oriented with strong data analyst mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills for providing knowledge to end users.
  • Project Management skills


The anticipated salary range for this position is $ 87,000 - $115,000 . In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
