Pay range: $20.50/hr to $26.00/hrPosition:Human Resources Store RepresentativeDepartment:Human ResourcesSupervisor:HR ManagerStatus:Full Time Hourly non-ExemptThe Human Resources Store Representative role is critical to creating a positive and comfortable environment for all Team Members.Job Duties:Human Resources responsibilities including Employment concerns problems and issues, any other Employment issues will be discussed with Human Resources Manager.Document sit downs, write ups, and statements from employees and formulate recommendations on disciplinary actions and corrective actions for all employees involved.Review, document and present Vallarta Supermarkets Programs and Policies to train Store Level Management to be uniform across all storesComplete Store Level audits with the assistance of Store Level Management. Documentation is completed in a timely manner and organized.Participate in weekly meetings with Human Resources Management either in person or via TEAMS.Assist in Human Resources investigations, documentation, and resolutions of all investigations in a timely manner. Assist with hiring throughout entire onboarding process (Interviewing, onboarding, orientation, etc.) Assist Human Resources Management with completion of involuntary terminations or voluntary resignations of Team MembersBasic knowledge of computer programs for reporting, email and payroll purposesAnd all other assigned dutiesPhysical Requirements:Store visits and climbing stairsWill need to drive between locations and Corporate OfficeLifting up to 20 lbsSitting and/or walkingVerbal and written communication
