Job Description Summary
The HR HUB Specialist is responsible for completing various centralized HR processes and administrative activities. The Specialist acts as HR data subject matter expert and is responsible for daily system audits, compliance, and system of record expertise. The Specialist will work to resolve HR requests of higher complexity using established procedures with accurate responses within the allotted timeframe.
The scope of work shall also include cases requiring domain expertise with tactical and practical experience on high severity cases resulting in the de-escalation and proper case management. This role will assist the HR HUB Associate Specialists (Tier 1) in the effective discharge of their job responsibilities as well as taking ownership of developing and maintaining a Knowledge Management repository of case studies and their solutions for future reference and analysis.
Job Description
Core Job Duties
• Provide employees with an exemplary customer centric experience resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrating ownership of the customer experience, managing service and resolution expectations.
• Review, identify solution and resolve queries within the established SLA.
• Meet or exceed an overall customer satisfaction rating as defined by the HUB management
• Creating cases in Case Management Tracking system:
• Ensuring categorization, priority and sensitivity level are in line with Case Management Business Rules
• Ensuring detailed case notes are clear, concise with necessary detail to minimize call back and further customer engagement.
• Working with appropriate resources to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining desktop instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and other documentation in the Case Management system.
• Participate in systems modifications and upgrades, identify requirement changes, end-user testing, training and implementation related to area of subject matter expertise.
• Identify and correct erroneous data and processes and proactively strive for continuous improvement and process optimization across HR HUB to reduce or minimize data errors
• Other projects, tasks and duties as assigned from time to time
Specific Job Duties
• Provides support for HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
• Maintains the HR systems and Applications including data inputs, outputs, processes, security, and delegation of data maintenance
• Leads and partners with the business to map HR processes, clean data, and recommend solutions for continued process improvement
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HR System Landscape.
• Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports.
• Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
• Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
• Acts as Project Coordinator for company Acquisitions/Merger/Divestiture activity
• May assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HR system of record and other human resources computer applications and systems.
• Reviews basic analytics to provide feedback to HUB Process Innovation/HRIS for system enhancements
• Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.

Qualifications
• Minimum three years of experience in HR data administration; HR operations; and/or HR Shared Services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office - strong Excel skills required.
• Previous experience with HR management systems required experience with Workday preferred
• Fluency required in English
Physical Environment/ Demands:
• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
• Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
• Candidates must be open to working Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time
• Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment during normal workday.
• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
• Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $54,140.00 - $81,190.00
