Responsibilities:
- Manage safety protocols throughout the organization;
- Investigate employee accidents/injuries utilizing a systems approach;
- Track safety data and support related database systems including HRIS, Relias and Safety Zone;
- Interface with management staff at all levels;
- Generate routine correspondence, maintaining logs, tracking documentation and processes to ensure improvement and compliance;
- Participate in the Safety Committee as an active member promoting safety;
- Assist in improvement/prevention planning including policy and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred
- Experience with safety protocols a plus;
- Valid Driver's License required
