Hr Risk Management Specialist

As the HR Risk Management Specialist you will be working in an office based setting within our HR department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, One hour unpaid lunch; ability to work on a hybrid schedule
Responsibilities:

• Manage safety protocols throughout the organization;
• Investigate employee accidents/injuries utilizing a systems approach;
• Track safety data and support related database systems including HRIS, Relias and Safety Zone;
• Interface with management staff at all levels;
• Generate routine correspondence, maintaining logs, tracking documentation and processes to ensure improvement and compliance;
• Participate in the Safety Committee as an active member promoting safety;
• Assist in improvement/prevention planning including policy and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred
• Experience with safety protocols a plus;
• Valid Driver's License required
