The HR Service Desk Representative serves as the primary point of contact for employees and HR-related inquiries. Reporting to the HR Service Desk Manager, this role involves providing support, information, and assistance on various HR topics, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient query resolution.
What you'll do
- Receive and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees through various communication channels, including phone, ticketing, and chat.
- Guide employees through HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
- Provide accurate, timely, and personalized information on HR policies, procedures, services, and technology.
- Collaborate with HR team members to address and escalate complex or specialized inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of employee inquiries and case details in the HR service desk system.
- Collaborate with the HR Service Desk Manager to identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
- Provide feedback on frequently asked questions and recommend updates to HR knowledge resources.
What we look for:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
