HR Pre-boarding Specialist, PRN

UC Health is hiring a PRN HR PreBoarding Specialist.
The HR Pre-boarding Specialist is responsible for pre-boarding and workforce development efforts focused on assisting candidates through the pre-boarding and credentialing process for all disciplines who will embrace UC Health's mission and values. This role will function as a pre-boarding ambassador, focused on delivering an exceptional customer service to our employees during their pre-boarding phase of employment, as well as initiative-taking and timely communication to UC Health departments actively involved in the pre-boarding process. The Preboarding Specialist is an integral strategic member of our Talent Acquisition Team which delivers the right people, with the right skills in the right quantity at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preboarding process flow ensuring all requirements are met and completed in a timely manner.
• Audit preboarding function to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local and UC Health policies and regulations.
• Maintain standard workflow for preboarding function.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred PHR, SPHR, Certified Recruiter/Healthcare Recruiter, sHRBP
• Minimum Required: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience

Hours: 40 hours
Shift: (M-F, 7:30a-4p)
