Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Review and update our current library of HR policies and procedures.
  • Create new policies and procedures for a newly opened office, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are communicated effectively to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training on updated and new policies and procedures.
  • Monitor policy and procedure compliance and recommend changes, as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR policy development, including experience with policy implementation and training.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • An ability to create and modify written policies and procedures.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as an active team player.
  • Demonstrated experience understanding Human Resources policies and employment law.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with an ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously.
