We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the efficient execution of HR operational processes and related systems within the region. The HR Operations Specialist will primarily provide Human Resources expertise, management, and support for all Operational functions of the regional People & Culture team.
You will work a hybrid role out of our Americas Headquarters in beautiful Lake Oswego, OR, supported by your local HR team and your global HR colleagues. This role reports to the Director of People and Culture, Americas.

Job Responsibilities
- Regional responsibility for HRM systems maintenance & troubleshooting (Oracle & Paycom).
- Develop and maintain close collaborative relationships with the Denmark HQ Operations Team. Upkeep of regional HRIS functionality, including audits for data integrity.
- Escalate regional HRIS development needs HQ team.
- Process Promotions & other Internal movement in HR Systems
- Provide HR systems support of annual P&C processes (e.g., salary review, talent review, etc.)
- Create, maintain, and distribute regular people data reporting to P&C, Finance, Accounting, etc.
- Proactive data analysis & needs identification
- Document and develop standard operating procedures for P&C systems and processes.
- Develop, maintain, and consistently execute P&C policies and processes.
- Monitor ZenDesk ticketing system and provide guidance on operational and policy questions.
- Stay up to date and ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state laws throughout the region (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, VETS, etc.).
- Actively identify process improvement opportunities, propose changes, and implement any subsequent actions.
- Other HR Projects as assigned by the Director Occasional travel required
Your Experience
- Associate degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education. A bachelor degree in human resources or a related field of study is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR Operations or Generalism
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential is nice to have, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle and/or Paycom) preferred.
- A good sense of humor is a must!
- Being bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- You are known as a professional and trusted HR advisor and are valued for your challenging and visible results.
- Ability to challenge the status quo. If you like to karaoke, also a plus!

The annual salary for this position ranges from $64,296 to $113,488 with most candidates falling in the $73,240 to $93,032. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 10 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
