The primary function of the Intern in this role is to assist the team and will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of CCHS HR Operations Department. The intern will experience collaborative teamwork, opportunity to problem solve and day to day office operation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze business goals, objectives and needs
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Help launch new initiatives upon departments request and direction
- Perform research and analysis in support of operations
- Manage databases and input information
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
- Aid the HR Transactions team with Tuition & Fitness Reimbursements
- Triage service tickets received
- Provide support for ongoing audits
- Help to update and maintain SOP's & Training Manuals
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma is required OR GED
- Enrollment in higher education (associate, bachelor, or master) within related field
