Our On-Boarding function is in the midst of creating positive large-scale change and is seeking a team member to help us continue to lead by example and implement collaborative new hire strategies while sharing the resources needed for all new employees to make a smooth and positive transition.
A Day in the Life: As the first impression of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Headquarters, you will be essential in shaping the new employee experience beginning before day one. From coordinating incoming employees Day-1 instructions, New Employee Orientation (NEO), new employee online internal engagement, and to creating targeted e-learning content and more, you will have the opportunity to opportunity to engage in a variety of efforts within our On-Boarding Center. Although your primary focus will be to ensure an efficient, positive, and seamless transition for our employees, may also find yourself:
• Contacting incoming employees prior to start date to answer questions and assist with completion of pre onboarding documents.
• Executing Homeland Security procedures, I-9s and eVerify - Provide information on On-Boarding Center policies and procedures.
• Open and close OBC facility, ensuring rooms are secure, computers are updated, and room prep complete.
• Participating in strategic initiatives that will continue to enhance the new employee experience and further streamline the On-Boarding processes.
• Developing relationships with SME's across business functions to help ensure up to date and relevant content for our new hires.
• Supporting the implementation of New Employee Orientation to ensure new hires, rehires, recalls, and transfers are supported and engaged about Lockheed Martin's mission, values, and culture.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Demonstrated ability and experience as a facilitator or presenter
• Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/solutions, e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), SharePoint, Slack, Zoom, Box, etc.
Desired skills
• At least two years of experience in one of the following areas: On-Boarding administration, Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems such as Kenexa/BrassRing, processingI-9/ eVerify
• Prior experience developing, recording, and producing e-learning content
• Strong communication skills both oral and written and customer service orientation
• Project experience, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results
• Continuous Improvement Training/Mindset
• Change Management Training/Experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $45,200 - $86,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $52,000 - $98,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
