ABOUT THE ROLE:
This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA with your high-speed internet connection. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet business needs. Approximately 5% of annual travel may be required for occasional team meetings or industry events.
Your Typical Day: As our HR - Human Resources Manager, your morning kicks off with a virtual team huddle where you catch up with your direct report and dive into the latest recruitment strategies. As the day unfolds, you find yourself juggling candidate interviews, preboarding sessions, and brainstorming ways to enhance employee engagement. Just when you think you've seen it all, an HR system glitch throws a curveball your way-but fear not, your problem-solving skills save the day once again. As the clock strikes 5, you wrap up another productive day, knowing you've made a tangible impact on the success of our salons and the satisfaction of our team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Availability and super responsiveness to candidates
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, hiring, and candidate preboarding processing
- Ability to solve problems and offer solutions to improve company processes
- Experience managing a direct report
