Employee Relations:

• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.

• Handle disciplinary actions, including issuing warnings, suspensions, and terminations when necessary.
• Lead and conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

HR Administration:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to address broader HR issues.
• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to ensure a positive work environment.

Compliance:

• Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee relations, including coaching, disciplinary actions, suspensions, and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
