Job Description
Position Overview: The Absence Management Administrator will oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations requiring specialized attention, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), state and local leave laws, and absences in accordance with the Company Punctuality and Attendance Policy on a company wide basis.
- Candidate must have a good understanding and experience FMLA-qualifying, LOA process, disability accommodations , COVID rules and sick time.
- Will be tracking attendance in West SAC location.
- Handle all LOA for West SAC and Anaheim locations.
- Utilize UKG and day to day worksheets.
- Attention to detail and very good communication.
- Will be working with managers on disciplinary actions.
- Helpful if they worked for a large manufacturing industry or similar size company.
- Must have solid customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
- Will be working 100% at the office, M-F 8a-5p and some flexibility to come in early ( work any hours between 7a-5p)
- Will get company cell phone- could possibly go off at night, but don’t need to be attached to it (rare evening calls)
Salary info:
$75 - $85000 / hr
