Position summary (General Purpose): For this role, we are seeking an HR Administrator that encompasses both HR and EHS functions, including but not limited to; Benefits, Staffing, LOA Administrator, Unemployment, Associate Engagement events, Associate Relations, EHS support Qualifications (Basic Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): 4 year degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of auto industry helpful Team activity experience Good communication skills Good organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, & Powerpoint.) Proficient in ADP systems - use as needed Primary HR Position Responsibilities: Assist with staffing planning & filling open positions (Interviews, offer letters, & background checks) On-boarding/Offboarding and New Hire Orientation (Handbook, benefits, safety, & quality). Assist in Time and Attendance Functions (attendance corrective actions). Administer benefits Handle Associate issues (coordination of (LOA's, disciplinary actions, investigations etc.) Coordinate Associate Engagement events (Associate Appreciation Day, picnics, holiday events, and charities) Interpret & communicate TRMD Policies & Procedures Maintain LOA Roster Manage Internal/External monthly reports (QCD, BOD, MVM etc....) Payroll Back-up Associate Communication- Quick Response, Team Meetings, Roundtables Coordinate RTW & Restrictions Schedule team meetings & post meeting minutes Update Job Descriptions Conduct Exit Interviews Scheduling training HR clerical support Travel Arrangements Office Supplies Primary EHS Responsibilities: Implement EHS policies and procedures and ensure training requirements are being met.
Schedule facility EHS inspections (Koorsen, etc). Monthly safety slides for plantwides. Process invoices for EHS through APA Support recycling program Weekly safety walk-throughs Facilitate Emergency Response Team and Other Safety Committees Ensure yearly safety drills get completed Track adhesive usage Enter Daily incidents and countermeasure follow ups.
Entering of data and maintain OSHA log Essential Job Requirements: Microsoft Office (365 & excel).
