Hr Data Entry Clerk

Cameo Consulting Group, LLC, a government contracting and staffing practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking an HR Data Entry Clerk to assist in servicing one of our Federal clients located in Washington, DC. The positions are full-time, long-term in nature, and available immediately/upon contract award.

Duties

• Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Work alongside the HR Benefits and Compensation department.
• Issue new tickets and closeout tickets.
• Assist with Incident management
• Answer questions related to procedures, transactions, system status, interacting with network services and application developers in order to restore service, usability, and identify problems

Other Qualifications

- 2 years of Data entry experience

- DHS experience is a plus

- Strong attention to detail

= Must have at least one year of HR benefits experience.
