Hr Data Analyst

Summary: Looking for an HR Data Analyst with experience in SAP and data analytics to manage end-to-end reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related field

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, systems analysis, or related discipline

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with SAP

• Ability to respond under tight deadlines and prioritize deliverables

• Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Elicit reporting requirements from stakeholders

• Extract data from various sources for clear reporting

• Manage recurring and ad hoc reports requests

• Develop knowledge of the HR and Laboratory data landscape

• Become expert on SAP Reporting Analytics tool

• Adapt reporting format and data representation for audience comprehension

• Monitor data quality and work on reducing systemic issues

• Streamline and automate reports; comfortable with various data delivery methods

• Educate stakeholders on reporting self-service options.

 

Pay Details: $56.00 to $75.00 per hour
