Responsibilities:
- Provide HR consulting services to organization, including guidance and support on various HR matters.
- Assist with the implementation and utilization of HR systems, such as ATS, Salesforce, Kronos, ADP, and Paychex.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Advise on compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA.
- Review talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics.
Skills/Education:
- HR Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience working with non-profits.
- Proven experience as HR Consultant
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Experience working with HR systems such as ATS, Salesforce, Kronos, ADP, and Paychex.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide effective HR consulting services to clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
