Job Description
- Title IX/OFCCP, Affirmative Action planning (compilation of data, serves as the Title IX designator for the organization and subsidiaries).
- Monitor legal developments, communicate changes and partner with HR Director and company subsidiaries to ensure compliance
- Provide compliance support and direction to various internal departments with regard to employment law.
- EEOC compliance, reporting, and data input.
- VETS-4212 compliance, compilation of data, and reporting.
- Employee Handbook: update and roll out (sections dedicated for subsidiaries)
- Perform business-critical and time sensitive research of federal, state, and local statutes to determine compliance. Analyze and create courses of action designed to promote adherence with new and existing laws.
- Developing and managing systems and methodologies (training, policy memorandums, etc.)
- Responsible for preparing compliance-related training and communications to employees.
- Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Administration from an accredited institution.
- PHR Certification required, SPHR preferred.
- Must meet the ITAR definition of US Person(s)- Documentation required.
- Must have hands- on experience in the application of compliance policies and procedures; solid understanding of employment laws and regulations and demonstrated research abilities in creating presentations.
- Solid commitment to customer and employee service.
- Articulate communicator with ability to interpret and explain written and statistical data, as well as policies and procedures, to a wide range of audiences.

- This position is a part time position less than 29.5 hours per week.
