HR Compliance /Data Mgt. Specialist
Responsibilities
- State Regulatory Monitoring / Notices
- Global ER Complaint / Investigation Reporting to GEC
- CWR Reporting / monitoring
- EEO-1 Reporting
- Assist managers with performance issues / PIP guidance as needed
- Distribution/posting of new/updated privacy notices globally from GSPO
- Assist with data retention deletion coordination (and ongoing maintenance plan
- Audit/Imaging Subsidiary (TAI) Personnel Files
- Audit Form I-9s to Ensure Every Employee has one
- HR Compliance Reminders (Overtime, Encryption, etc.
- BLS / Internal Audit Requests / Subpoena requests
- Data Management reporting/analysis
- U.S. HR policy / handbook maintenance
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
- HR experience 2+ years, preferably exposure to HR compliance and/or data management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams)
- Strong HR Systems experience (preferably Workday/reporting) – understands how each data field impacts the others.
