Lumentum is looking for an intern who has a passion for data and analytics and is eager to learn about the compensation area of human resources. In this internship you will learn about the design and execution of compensation programs needed to attraction, motivate and retain talent. In this internship you will:

• Assist the Compensation Team in the implementation of the company's annual merit focal cycle.
• Support compensation inquires through data analysis and market research.
• Provide data analysis and maintain compensation policies and education/communication material
• Support the analytics of market data benchmarking to support overall compensation programs.
• Perform data insights and analysis as assigned to support ongoing compensation related activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related discipline.

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient Excel skills required, Advanced preferred.
• Critical attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay Range: $23.75-$54.50/hour
