Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees by providing orientation sessions, enrollment in attendance machine, completing paperwork, and facilitating integration into the company culture.
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and update employee handbook and other relevant documents as necessary.
- Responsible for the procuring and managing of office supplies and other items.
- Ensure regular and timely correspondence with the corporate office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be bilingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
