Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Oversee custodial duties, including cleaning and maintaining common areas, guest rooms, and public spaces
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to meet quality standards and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of custodial practices, cleaning techniques, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
