Housing Quality Standards Inspector

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle
• Successful Completion and Certification of HQS Training, PII Training, Customer Service Training and Lead Based Paint Certification Training (we will cover the cost of the courses)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and Communication Skills
• Computer Skills

Job Type: Housing Quality Standards Inspector

Salary: Paid per inspection - $900/week minimum

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• North Bergen, NJ 07047: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
